Add issue template to require user to provide the following information when creating a new issue:

• Detailed description
• Context
• Possible implementation

Extract sql operations from DatabaseHelper class into executors.

Detailed Description

Currently DatabaseHelper class contain methods to execute sql operations. These methods will
be extracted into individual executor classes which can be reused.

Context

These sql methods are coupled to the DatabaseHelper class which causes code duplication when
they are needed else where within the library. By using composition we can move these operation
into their own classes for reuse.

Possible Implementation

Create two main executors one to execute update operations INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE and one for query operations.

Add PR's template to provide the following information with all PR's:

• Description
• Related Issue
• How Tested
