add support for !change $username

To shorten the process of !change, waiting for a server response and entering your partners name it could be a lot easier by just being able to directly connect to your partner by entering his username in the same line as !change

Breaks on same time

When a user changes partner and gets a connection before entering a username, he is still asked to select a partner.
