Release merge/release unoffical 6.15.1 with updated GUI code for modern MATLABs?

Hi,

I got a copy of PLS from Dr. McIntosh in 2021 that had some additional fixes for the GUI for newer MATLABs. Can these changes be merged into this codebase?

Archive old Message Board for posterity

Need to archive old Message Board so users can search old questions/answers.

Migrate images from old PLS User Guide to new hosted page

Looking at the User Guide page, I'm realizing that we need to grab all the images stored in http://pls.rotman-baycrest.on.ca/UserGuide_files/ so we can host this somewhere else. We may be able to put it in a page hosted on GitHub.
