There should be no encoding problem, which used to exist before. It was mainly caused by Swedish letter ö, opened with a wrong encoding schema (UTF8 instead of CP1252).

The main files klover.pl and klover_illness.pl contain links to the other files, which are in the same folder. No matter, where the file is, there should be an absolute path to each of these files in order to run the program. So change it to path on your PC.
