PokedexCLI is a Go-based command-line interface application for interacting with a Pokémon database. It allows users to explore locations, catch Pokémon, and view their Pokedex.
- Ensure Go is installed on your system.
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/mBlum96/PokedexCLI.git
- Navigate to the project directory and build the project:
go build
After running the application, use the following commands:
help
: Show help information.exit
: Exit the program.map
: Show the current map.bmap
: Show the previous map.explore [location]
: Explore a specified location.catch [pokemon]
: Attempt to catch a specified Pokémon.inspect [pokemon]
: Get information about a specified Pokémon.pokedex
: List caught Pokémon.
