I have installed this module in Magento 2.4 - But after installation and activation from admin But issue is phone dropdown not showing on checkout page in Front-end ? there are any setting for this issue ?

thanks for this module :) I downloaded it and installed with copy-paste inside my app/code directory. I can't install it with composer, because composer.json has the php restrictions and I can't install it because I'm using php 7.2.x version. Is it possible to change php requirements in composer.json file, in this way is compatible also with php 7.2? I have just created a PR, please can you check it?

I tested the module on magento 2.4.3-p1, the module works well, I noticed a problem on the phone validation, for the country FR, the phones that begin with 7 or 8 do not pass, example the number +33757789009 or +33858789009 are not vlaide

I don't see any setting for this part.

would it be possible to see how I can fix this bug?

config.xml should be in etc folder not in etc/adminhtml to work

Although it seems this repository is not maintained any longer, I thought it worth logging this issue, in case anyone else comes across it.

I had a situation where I enabled the module on one store, and disabled it on the other. The bug resulted in some of the module being disabled, and breaking JavaScript on the site in several places including in the checkout.

The bug exists within the helper class which is responsible for retrieving the config values. Because it doesn't specify a scope ID, the values are always being taken from the default store, regardless of which store is being visited on the frontend. This affected the module enabled check resulting in the layout processor changes to fire, but the JS blocks not to output as they are controlled via an ifconfig layout parameter, which is scope aware. The simple fix is to supply a store ID when retrieving the values. I will create a PR shortly for this.

The readme suggests that this module provides functionality to detect a user's country. In testing this doesn't seem to work - can you please explain how this is supposed to work? Is this GeoIP based?

When a field is loaded with a phone number, the plugin shows the drop down without a selected flag. How can I tell the plugin which flag/country to select on load? Is there an option?
