Currently it involves a bunch of manual work to iterate through pages of a request - so far I've figured out that I need to manually calculate the number of pages, create separate requests for each page and accumulate the results.

It would be nice if there was a more ergonomic API for this... something like a helper method for calculating number of pages and returning an Iterator so that it's easy to get data from each page.
