• 2. figure out how to reuse 1. with comptime to get reusable getTestBlocks

• 4. rewrite test block reduction to use the explicit state approach
• 5. test runner + tests
• 6. statement reduction + tests
• 7. figure out how to parse the compiler error output + experiment with error fixups (unused captures mostly)
