Once we have the bolt SDK working, we can do so many better things for user onboarding. Experiment with the interactive menu system to get notification preferences/frequency.

Currently everything is expected to run in a single process. That won't be the case once the bolt migration is done. So make two deployments.

We need to store information (user preferences and submitted hat tips) in something other than Python memory. Consider what multi-tenancy looks like when developing the model

Slack has a fancy new SDK that does better things with message construction and interactive dialogs. Migrate to it and please separate the monolithic background thread running the bot. We can use proper microservices.
