Hi,
It makes me happy to hear you like the library. :-) I will have a look at your problem as soon as I get the time. If possible I would like ExifReader to handle even some faulty images if they aren't too broken. When I had a quick look now the XML seems fine, but yeah, it still doesn't like it for some reason. I will take a closer look!

Cool, I'll submit a PR with a guard of some sort against trying to parse string nodes. whenever you've got time to review is fine; I can use my fork for now.
