I really like the versatileimagefield library, but it should not be a hard requirement to install django-cabinet.

Django want to add a migration to alter the id field on folder and file to BigAutoField in 3.2. Other apps will depend on a migration that is locally added on the cabinet app, but nobody has (except for me locally),

How can I create a validation for file size?

If I enable the filebrowser in CKE and add the configuration like in your docs, cabinet opens, but if I select an image or other file, it just gets displayed (due to the same link on name and thumbnail) and doesn’t get forwarded to CKE.

I don’t really need this, but maybe there’s an easy fix?

Using Safari 14.0.2 on MacOS 10.14.6 (Django 2.2 on local testserver)

I can upload files via drag-and-drop just fine.

But in the "add file" form, the filefield widgets don’t work: their button doesn’t open a dialog. (It did in one instance of >10 tries, strangely.)

The button for uploading several files doesn’t do anything.

It works in Opera and Firefox, so it’s apparently a Safari-only issue.

I am trying to figure it out and maybe write views to achieve the result but I would like to know if this package has a native implementation for CKEditor image embeddings.
