Hello i have iphone 6s, with ios 14.6 i've installed divisè app and download ios 10.3.3 ipsw, but the process hang up at Rebuilding icon cache please wait, and nothing, and when i reboot the device the system was completely broken (bootloop), and i had to restore with itunes... why? Maybe ios 10.3.3 doesn't work with tethered downgrade? i've tried so many times and always broke the entirely OS and do nothing! thanks for the answers..:) EDIT. im trying to do ONLY the tethered downgrade and not the dualboot!

Whenever i download a ios 9.x ipsw file for Divise, and name it ipsw.ipsw, it always gets stuck at "Attaching". This also Happened for ios 10.0.1, which then i found out it was a HFS Filesystem rather then APFS Filesystem, does succession or Divise Support HFS FS at all? Is there any way to get around this?

I got a new phone and for some reason divisé copied over configuration from my 7 to my x when I restored to my iPhone 7 backup. Divisé now thinks I have a dual boot when I only have a single installation

I'm wanting to see if it's possible to downgrade my iPhone 5S, which is already on iOS 10.3.3, to iOS 10.2 (or any iOS 10 version, for that matter), as the SEP is compatible. When trying to mount the root filesystem, I get an error that the filesystem isn't mounted, which I believe is due to SuccessionDown expecting the root filesystem DMG to be APFS, which it isn't, as APFS was implemented in iOS 10.3. Would it be possible to see this implemented?

I've been attempting to get this to work today.

The main issue I've been having is when it is attempting to run checkm8 for the first time. It times out due to not being able to find the DFU device. It seems that the device in DFU mode is disconnecting during that step and then failing to reconnect? I'm guessing that that's part of putting the device in PWNDFU mode or something. I've also had a popup saying that python has crashed during that step as well, but not every time.

I've only ever made it past that step twice. The first time I tried to run it and one other time.

Hi, I was using Divisé and left my iPod Touch 6 all night hoping next morning to see it dualbooted. The problem is it ran out of battery and now every time I open Divisé it gives me this error:
Warning: Divisé has detected unexpected entries in '/dev/' which will need to be deleted.
Divisé may have issues if these entries are not deleted.
This will uninstall any manually installed dual/multiboots.
Press OK to delete these unexpected entries.
When I press OK it does nothing a and my space is full so I can't retry.
Solutions?

File mismatch

My iPad Air 2 is running iOS 10.3.3. I don't wanna update it, because i can't downgrade it back then, if i wanna have iOS 10 back. So i wanna have iOS 15 and iOS 10 dual booted, or iOS 10 and iOS 15 dual booted. But the problem is, iOS 15 tells me "Can't restore, Filesystem isn't mounted".

What's your advice?

No, it's not the issue about that iPadOS bug in 1.1.0.

When the ipsw is unzip, i press prepare for restore, and my device show "Attaching" and nothing append i want restore ios 14.3, but i test with all versions of ios 14 and i have same problem, my iPad 5 ios 14.3 too.
Do you have a solution ?

It will crash when pressed the "Download IPSW" button. Even the first time to install it.

I'm on iPadOS 14.2. If I pick any iPadOS 14.x version, it warns me Ramiel isn't out yet, and upon hitting continue, it starts to download. However, if I pick an earlier version, no warning, but it also just freezes on "Finding IPSW" and doesn't download.

P.S. The popup told me there were some "exception" secondary iOS versions that could be jailbroken. Do you have any idea what versions would work to jailbreak, or why not all of them will?

every time i install any package with divise installed it will say

Error: Unable to unregister /Applications/Divisé.app

and the app itself will crash when try to open

I have an iPhone 6 (32 GB) running iOS 12.5.2, and trying to dual boot iOS 11.0. Whenever I hit the ‘dual boot’ button it says : ‘Failed to copy MobileAsset to COPY directory’.
However, when I go into the COPY directory, MobileAsset is there. I’ve read the other post about the 5s but that didn’t help me, I even tried deleting and installing the designated iOS ipsw (11.0) but still no luck.can anyone help?

Whenever I go to Divisé, I always see my second partition of iOS is always 1.1.1 and it’s actually 10.3.3 (btw I used a predownloaded ipsw from ipsw.me) I am doing this on iPhone 6s. Is this a bug?

Hi, i wait that you are good, so I have an iPhone 6s, my iPhone is ios 14.8, and I am learning about how to work the boot of ios and I want to have second ios in my iPhone so I try it, I wanted to try with something very easy so I start with booted ios 14.8 (the same ios that i have), my first ios = 14.8 disk0s1s1, partition data = disk0s1s2 until disk0s1s7 so I install the second ios with divise, i install the same ios 14.8 so in my iPhone was created two partition disk0s1s8 and data partition disk0s1s9, I followed this project, in that proyect say that you needed to modify fstab but in ios 14 was eliminated, i booted my second ios in case that I can't differentiate them, I erased the app photo with filza so when I booted my second ios that worked and the app photo not work that means that my iphone booted in second ios but the problem was that even though it had to mount disk0s1s9, it mounted disk0s1s2 and worked but I want to it mount the correct data partition which is disk0s1s9, so I want to tell me what I need to modify like iboot, ibec, ramdisk in order to mount disk0s1s9 data partition, whatever so very thanks for your time and help, I really appresiate that.

Hello, i tried restore/updating from 14.1 to 14.3 (i know its unsigned)
but it just sits there in the restoring phase for almost a day now, i got fed up and rebooted my device, and somehow nothing has changed, no new partitions were created, no OS was installed.

I am really confused.

The device still boots normally to 14.1

Divise fails with an issue with rsync and this has caused me to have to reset my phone in iTunes several times as it never works.
This is what my phone shows.

The phone is an iPhone 5S running iOS 12.5.2 and I am trying to tethered downgrade to 11.4.1 as it is SEP compatible.

I would like to tether-boot iOS 13.5 on my iPhone 7, but it fails to boot.
First I tried everything with PyBoot, encountered several problems, but it is failing with the same error as well. Issue #67
After restart, it is booting the installed iOS 14.4

Then I used Divisé to download the IPSW and restore it, then boot it with PyBoot. Unfortunately the same problem happening.

This msg looping for about ten times in verbose boot, then the device restart itself. Tried several times.
