You should be able to use es6 Promises depending so long as you are on current node version.

Not sure where you are hosting this, or how much you are paying for it. But it seems like you could have a big ol json file with all of the camera data. Which you could either check into the github repo and except pull requests for updates, or accept them via a form and update the file. Just a thought.

All of these dependencies can be installed from npm, I would suggest only using one package manager to simplify installs and setup.
