Allow uploading a pre-populated template PDF for the scorecard, i.e. pre-signed by range OIC, to download a batch.

Need to be able to store a soldier's info and the info that will populate their scorecard, i.e. target 1 hit, etc.

Move the app into a web-compatible format that we can key data directly into rather than a separate spreadsheet-fed console app.

Given data from the scoring computer, i.e. lane 1 hit hit miss, etc., be able to import that data and associate it with a given soldier.

• Enter soldiers demographic info (name, rank, unit) in Lane 1-20
• After creation, can set result GO/NOGO and # for tracking
• After creation, can edit specifics of a scorecard for per-target scoring.

Have a display of the # of soldiers by qualification status based on pre-keyed # of soldiers on the roster.

Use this to make drop down as last year we hard coded this and several errors were made. Naturally that's all RNCOs had for comments. Once drill begins we can verify with units who is actually on ground

Given a roster from the unit(s), be able to batch add a list of soldiers to pick from/track.

i.e. if the unit can provide a sheet of the people who are expected to fire, we can track who has shot/qual'd/no-go'd or hasn't shown up to the range yet.
