mgtilemenu's Issues

8 tile without second page

Hi,
I want to create an 8 tile Menu (the standard 5 plus 3 at the bottom) without showing the "change page" tile. Is it possible?

Dismiss without animation

small item, but important I think. If you dismiss on applicationDidEnterForeground, the tile menu is visible in the snapshot shown when you return to the application. It shows just briefly then disappears, not nice. I presume the animation delays the dismissal such that it still exists when the image is taken.
I copied and pasted your lines:

// Remove from spawning view.
[self.view removeFromSuperview];
UIAccessibilityPostNotification(UIAccessibilityLayoutChangedNotification, nil);

// Inform delegate.
if (_appeared && _delegate && [_delegate respondsToSelector:@selector(tileMenuDidDismiss:)]) {
    [_delegate tileMenuDidDismiss:self];
}

// Send notification.
[[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter] postNotificationName:MGTileMenuDidDismissNotification
                                                    object:self
                                                  userInfo:nil];

_appeared = NO;

Into a new procedure for dismissWithoutAnimation and confirmed my theory. The tile menu is no longer present in the snapshot on return. I may be missing some other important processes in the dismissal sequence, this was just to see if my assumption was correct.

Please add semantic version tags

I’ve recently added MGTileMenu to the CocoaPods package manager repo.

CocoaPods is a tool for managing dependencies for OSX and iOS Xcode projects and provides a central repository for iOS/OSX libraries. This makes adding libraries to a project and updating them extremely easy and it will help users to resolve dependencies of the libraries they use.

However, MGTileMenu doesn't have any version tags. I’ve added the current HEAD as version 0.0.1, but a version tag will make dependency resolution much easier.

Semantic version tags (instead of plain commit hashes/revisions) allow for resolution of cross-dependencies.

In case you didn’t know this yet; you can tag the current HEAD as, for instance, version 1.0.0, like so:

$ git tag -a 1.0.0 -m "Tag release 1.0.0"
$ git push --tags

Ghost Menu when your app did enter background and then foreground again

Hi Matt,

I'm about to implement you amazing MGTileMenu on my App. I noticed that when the app is on the view controller that manages the TileMenu and no TileMenu is enabled, in this case if u leave the application and then reopen the application and u try to call a TileMenu nothing appears in the view but the Menu is normally active and u can touch it as it was a ghost! I saw this bug also in your Demo but in your case after a little touchin in the view you can see the closing animation and then the new TileMenu popping up!

Hope you ll give me some hint!

Thanks,

Riccardo Scambia

iOS 4.x compatible

Hi, Matt!
Can I change "weak" to "unsafe_unretained" to make MGTileMenu running on iOS 4.x device?
