Database initialization scripts (world.sql, create-anon-role.sh) failed to run when I use docker-compose up -d on Windows.

The error given was /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory. By changing the line endings for the file create-anon-role.sh to 'LF' instead of 'CRLF' in my editor I was able to fix the problem.

I'm fairly certain this was due to my git config settings, (core.autocrlf = true) but since this is the recommended setting for Windows I thought it might be worth adding a warning in the README for Windows users.

I just found your PostgREST demo which is great for testing the API. How can I import the world.sql demo data ? Its not imported at first run, the SQL is in the initdb folder beside a create-anon-role.sh script. So everything is correct.
The compose stack is running fine only the data is missing.

Can you kindly add an example to connect to an external postgres server?

Making requests from Swagger results in a network error because the PostgREST openAPI URI isn't configured. I'll open a PR with the change I made to get this working locally.
