Language refset currently just dumped in terminology folder.

What it says on the box.
Produce txt files for import. Just 4 core files, but use a local moduleId
Will require revision upon DL profile update?

Currently doesn't extract Stated & Inferred. Does one or the other both times.
Needs an overload or something...

Only want to promote active concepts. Current process assumes active concepts...

Effective time field to be empty/null

Update the module of all promoted components to destination Module
(implement before Extract is written)

Components that already exist in the destination module, but have been modified.
The intent is the promotion of these modifications to the destination module.

Examples of extension modification:

• retires a component.
• capitalisation value of a description changes
• relationships added to existing concept.

Need to import:
Local concepts
Targets for Extracting
Extension snapshot (core files)

Considerations to size...

Develop process to extract any changes to previously extracted (or any?) components.
Check donor snapshot for any entries more recent than last extract.
All core components (Concepts, Descriptions, Relationships).
Things to extract

1. • Existing components that have since been inactivated
2. • Changes to any component. (e.g. Concept primtive -> defined)
3. • New descriptions & relationships for existing concepts.

1+2 can probably be combined. (change of active status)

Initially focused on Concept import. May be dependency on (other) concepts not in the "Extract Targets".
These will primarily be destinationIds for relationships. Consider stated+inferred for completeness.
Dependencies should also be added to the list of extract targets.

Other fields could be extended, but unlikely.
