Need to do this for all calculation pages - have the right columns with the right stuff pulled with the user's cookie code
when user clicks on calculate, the calculation also goes to firebase.

There are lots of links with double slashes, or incorrect relative link locations. These need to be identified and fixed.

All the calculations do exactly the same thing. Thus we should have a lone function where we can pass lots of inputs and get the results.

All the click events use the form element and for some reason it's binding all the clicks together. Figure this out and fix it.

Maybe put a timer thing on the standby while we calculate?
Make annular capacity results look better (make them look like inner capacity results)
Formation temperature is showing undefined, which means the variable for the result is likely not the same as the column name in the spreadsheet
