Even though this is just a personal project we should probably still have some basic pytest tests to verify functionality

Right now we just include the link under the apartment name, like

It would be nice if we could switch to HTML context and just use the apartment header as the link

Currently, if an apartment matches the search it will be returned day after day. We should add some concept of persistent storage so we can only return new results, or maybe only generate an email when new results are returned and include older results at the bottom of the email.
