Better You is an application program geared towards raising awareness on Mental illness and sensitizing people to take care of their mental health. Even the most serious mental health conditions can be treated, thus, allowing people to better contribute to their families and communities. Mental illnesses are among the most common health conditions in the world. Around one in five adults experience some form of mental illness.
