Bidirectional prediction of facial and bony shapes for orthognathic surgical planning

Prerequisites

Linux (tested under Ubuntu 16.04 )
Python (tested under 2.7)
TensorFlow (tested under 1.4.0-GPU )
numpy, h5py

The code is built on the top of PointNET++ and PointConv. Before run the code, please compile the customized TensorFlow operators of PointNet++ under the folder "/Prediction_net/tf_ops".

Train and test

To trian a model:

python -u run.py --mode=train --gpu=0

To test the trained model:

python -u run.py --mode=test --gpu=0

Training Dataset

Hello,

I am a newly admitted graduate student in the laboratory. While searching PubMed for papers related to deep learning in orthognathic surgery, I came across your publication titled "Bidirectional prediction of facial and bony shapes for orthognathic surgical planning."

I would like to inquire if it would be possible for you to share the training data used in your research.
And I am interested in understanding the entire implementation process of the project, including the steps involved in data preprocessing. Would you be willing to share the code used for processing the training data?
