The show command should print the issue to the command line.
The UNIX way would be to write to stdout to allow piping, but for
readability, it may be desirable to open the file in the system pager.

The current documentation is horrible. The usage/help message is useless.
We need a man page. I'm not sure whether to use ronn or pandoc for generating
it.

Currently, context and tags are suffixed to the title when printing tasks.
We may want to do like todo.txt, and interleave the tags and contexts in
the title, and not use lists in the yaml.

The prioritize command should change the priority of an issue, but leave everything else as is.

The edit command should allow the user to edit a task.

For simplicity, this command should default to running the default editor,
but allow the user to override the action.
