khal's Issues

Maybe use remind as backend instead of openbsd calendar(1)

calendar(1) doesn't support recurring events and multiple day events very gracefully.
You have to create an entry for each day,

Jan 18\t |-> Boss out of office
Jan 19\t --> Boss out of office
Jan 20\t ->| Boss out of office

Alternatively, you would just have an event for when you boss leaves, and when he
comes back,

Jan 18\t |-> Boss out of office
Jan 20\t ->| Boss out of office

The events are intrinsically recurring yearly, unless removed from the calendar file again.

The calendar should highlight the current day

We're currently displaying the output of cal(1), but the string handling in go strips the
ansii codes highlighting the current day of the month.

Since the agenda just puts "Today" and "Tomorrow", it would be very handy if the
calendar shows which day it is, without going rainbow mode like the original khal.
