1.策略系统
    1.1 每一个策略都会产生一个行为和行为对应的评分值,评分制越大,代表该行为对应的场景越强烈
2.评分系统
    2.1 评分系统是基于日K图形式的效果强度做计算,满分是100分,每个策略都有强度考量的标准,评分的值也各不相同
    2.2 多个策略如果出现奇异,那么将评分制作为比较,评分制更大的作为最终决策依据,但是这种操作风险较大
    2.3 满分为100
