Given a set of jpgs, grab the coresponding MP4s

Add facility to upload additional pictures of videos and regenerate the webpage.

Currently I load the legacy IMO working set and teh fullstream data from GMN. I then mash the two together to provide a combined dataset.
I need to

• include the new GMN dataset
• allow the user to select between them
• create a separate merged set which has no missing values

Then all code in ukmon_pylib will need to be checked to make sure its using the right logic.

suggestions

• run skyfit on a camera folder
• run solver on the fireball folder
• create a zip file containing the images, mp4s and pickle
• upload the zip file to the server
