Question about closing qexec

Hi,

I would like to understand if it is important or not to close the resultSet in clojure or not.
In this code:

(defn select-query
  [model q]
  (-> q
      (QueryFactory/create)
      (QueryExecutionFactory/create model)
      (.execSelect)
      (sparql-results-to-seq)))

You do not close the ResultSet produce by (.execSelect)
Does it have consequences (memory leak, ...) ?

If you close it you're not enable to use the lazy seq produce by (sparql-results-to-seq)

I would like to understand the implication of closing or not.

Many thanks for any explanation
Kind Regards,

Samuel
