Implementation for this is now complete. Publication will validate the topic format when Publish is called to ensure it matches the MQTT spec.
Topics provided to a ListenTo are validated according to MQTT topic spec rules and an InvalidTopicException is thrown
A wildcard subscription will also now propagate to subscribers messages that are received that match the wildcard subscription.
