Text is hard to read. Possible solutions: larger glow or other CSS shenanigans

In typeahead boxes, (Tab, enter) and shift-enter should select top hit

To reproduce:

1. Select a node
2. Type the name of an existing node in the "add link" box
3. Use the arrow keys to select the existing node
4. Press enter

Results:

• The connection is made to the existing node
• A connection is also made to a newly created [Unnamed Node]

Confirming the search selection with the mouse does not cause an unnamed node to be created

Note: Unnamed nodes can be created by themselves by simply pressing enter in a blank "add link" box

The backend is currently using actual object IDs, which are an implementation detail internal to neo4j. This should be an ID assigned by the backend as an attribute on each object in the database. Refactor serve.js.

This UI will allow the user to select the depth of the graph to show from the current node. For example, specifying '2' will cause only those nodes 1 or 2 links away from selected to be drawn.

Default value will be something larger, presumably. Whatever tests well.

This will allow for quick sub-fetches of large graphs in the future.

Each node has 'content', 'reference', 'examples', and 'discussion' data, which are all plain text.

When the app pulls up the current node, it grabs all these and makes them available to the user.

Example plugged in to a template:

Upon clicking 'delete node', ask the user 'Delete node {nodename}?'

When browsing to http://mhnodalnetwork.herokuapp.com/graph/lkr , the page is blank.

Tested in Safari Version 9.0 (11601.1.56), and Chrome 46.0.2490.71 (64-bit)

Server shall create a new graph upon GET to nonexistent graph
