add to_snake_case method to String

It is not possible to generate strings using a regular expression that uses repetitions of captures, for example:

puts /(\w)+/.gen

For the moment it is possible to do it inside the capture like this:

puts /(\w+)/.gen

/[^abc]+/.gen should generate 'xxx' but it is generating 'aabbb'

Add StringPattern.block_list (atrr_accessor) as an array of words to be avoided from resultant strings.
To be enabled: StringPattern.block_list_enabled = true, by default: false

/a{3,}/.gen now is returning 'aaa' when should be from 3 to infinite

"caña de albóndiga".to_camel_case should return "CañaDeAlbóndiga" instead of CaADeAlbNdiga
