Failed Py3 installation

Hey hi,

Just tried to install this package with pip3, but I got this error about the egg_info bad format:

pip3 install git+https://github.com/MarechJ/nosenodocstrings
Collecting git+https://github.com/MarechJ/nosenodocstrings
  Cloning https://github.com/MarechJ/nosenodocstrings to /tmp/pip-dlbiferf-build
    Complete output from command python setup.py egg_info:
    error in nodocstrings setup command: use_2to3 is invalid.

    ----------------------------------------

Same result if doing python3 setup.py install.

Using bash with Pip3 and Python3.6.

EDIT: it works using "pip".
