Hey @marcoscleison, if you're OK with it, we'd like to fork this repo, convert it to a mason package and publish it to the registry.

We're happy to merge these changes back upstream and have the mason package point to this repo instead if you'd like to continue maintaining the package.

• chpldoc style documentation on user interface functions
• Some examples (like test.chpl) in README.md and/or chpldocumentation
• Requirements for using this library, i.e. gnuplot

Following up on #3, we are planning to publish a fork of chapel-gnuplot to the mason-registry. If you'd like to be the package maintainer we'd be more than happy to point the package to your registry and merge the minor changes that were needed to publish it into your master.

Hi @marcoscleison, do you have any intention on continuing support of this library? If so would it be possible to implement the ability to 'import' a GNUPlot template so that there isn't a need to explicitly set each individual property? Example of what I mean by templates.
