Ability to customize how the tag looks in the players' title when using Spoutcraft.
It doesn't look nice without capitalization :(
Could you maybe add a toggle to disable the server-wide kill messages?

/global off says its working... But still allows herochat channels through.
It would be nice if the Bulletin Board could be turned off on login its pushing my motd out of the way. An option in the config would nice and a toggle command would also be nice.

this also prevents you from creating a clan with the same tag.
It would be useful to be able to configure it so that only clan members can participate in PvP action. Anyone who is a civilian would not be able to be attacked nor could they attack any other player (clan member or not).
Sorry if these sound idiotic and repetitive, only created this account to suggest these:
-Abilities:
The gist would be that certain abilities could be incorporated into specific clans, as in: When someone is making a clan they can pick an ability (Like Vanish for 5 seconds, sprint, double damage for 5 seconds, etc) but that this ability would only become active once the clan has been verified by an administrator. In my opinion, this could add a new dynamic to the system and possibly make the clans more competitive. Of course this would probably be an optional feature for servers that do not want this added in.
-Claiming Land for a Clan Center:
While I saw the "Clan Homes" request lower down, I still felt it should still be said. I think it might be interesting to add the ability for clans to claim/ buy a set amount of chunks so that there might be clan centers. This wouldn't necessarily be a large enough area for multiple players to make homes, but just large enough so that it is somewhere that clan members could congregate. Personally, I believe that 4 or 9 chunks would be adequate enough for this (both can make perfect squares, can be reshaped, and not very large an area) function. This might work with iConomy in buying the chunks.
So, again, sorry if this sounds idiotic, but since I do not run the server I play on, I am rather in the dark when it comes to knowing if these sort of implementations would be possible. I am sure there are people who could explain it all better than myself, but they can do that later if they feel like it.
I was hoping you can add iChat compatible for SimpleClan, or you can use/make a chat thats compatible with SimpleClan that can do [Admin]Test and when clan tags is on it does [Admin]Test[Clan name]:I like SimpleClan becuase its true(this part isnt actually added, its jsut a plain message thats true
How to disable the motd when a player connects?
That message about the Clan Info.
I would like for you to implement a system where verified clans can set home, this could possibly have a configurable warmup to prevent people from changing it to much or to use it to raid other clans, then let Trusted Members teleport to it.
I feel SimpleClan's unique Trusted/Untrusted system combined with this would be perfect for a survival environment like I have on my own server and this would be very encouraging for cooperation. It would encourage central bases and areas for clans. :)
We are having an issue with HeroChat. It always colors the name of the player in the color of the tag separator.
We have our names in the same color as the rank usually, but with the clan tags everyone has the same colored name.
Is there any way to change this? As in: have the name adhere to the herochat configuration?
Example HeroChat config for chat:
"{prefix}{player}{suffix}{color}: "
With a prefix like this: "&f[&4Admin&f]&4 " it results in me having the rank title admin + my name being in &4 and the text being white (due to the {color} in the Herochat config)
With Clans my name would be white with the separator being f colored.
Any idea how to change/fix that?
Not much to say here.
We are running Simple Clans v1.7 and Precious Stones v6.3 with Permissions 3 and we got everything working besides the war functionality. We can start wars, and it will say we are at war, but neither team can destroy any blocks that are protected. Our Permissions is set up correctly, as we have checked them twice and added per you configuration. All other functions work but this, and we want to go live with it on the server, but this is whats holding us back from opening it up. No errors are appearing for either plugins and both run excellent as themselves. Any idea as to why this is happening?

So, after each reboot all of my clans was deleted, only with MySQL. :(
I know i can make the kill death ratio of the civilian killer go down, but what if this:
when clan-member1 kills civilian1, civilian1 is added in the "assassinated list" (or some-other name) of clan-member1;
when enough kills are in those lists, some kind of penalty was put in place.
something like
assassin-list:true
assassin-limit:0~N
assassin-penalty:/some command (like, we would have the opp. to choose wich penalty OR if there was a penalty)
did i made myself clear? It's damn hard to write an idea when i have no clue on how the thing was written.

When you type /clan, or any other commands that this plugin provides only once, it goes through 4-5 times.
We are unable to kick a member from a clan that is offline.
We would like this feature for inactive members, if you dont want to wait for their time to expire in the 'purge' config setting.
The accept command for joining a clan is conflicting with Towny's Questioner. I would make an alias but I'm a noob and can't seem to find any instance of 'accept' in the plugin.yml.

some food items including 1.7 foods, such as raw pork, are not contributing to the [total]h
I have 24h with 8 apples (counted), 2 cooked pork(counted), 1 raw pork, 5 steak, 3 cooked chicken, and 13 rotten flesh.
the onlt 2 items that counted when testing them individualy were apples and cooked pork.
lol, Like 120Mb worth. Im glad I happened to screen into the console. Ramdisk would have tanked in another half hour of this.
I have tested it with EssentialsChat and mChat. If you try to use &3 to make the tag a color instead of it changing the text color it just addes &3 (same on all colors) to the beginning of your tag and makes it default color. With mChat its messed up in the /clan list page but its ok when you actually chat.
We are using 1.3.6 (latest).
Clan leaders can promote clan members to Trusted status fine.
Whenever a clan leader leaves or the server is /reloaded or /restarted, all trusted clan members are being set back to untrusted.
As in: There is no way for us to keep a member trusted inside a clan, it always resets.

It would be nice if you could add an option to disable the bb being displayed on login. It pushes my motd out of the way which may have important updates.

Is there any way to have friendly fire on by default? What I mean is if you start a new clan and invite someone you automatically can't hurt them since it is off by default, requiring the leader and/or each member to toggle friendly fire on. Whereas, I was wondering if there could be a config setting to allow friendly fire to be on by default instead of off. That way people would always be able to hurt each other off the bat, and then it would need to be toggled off later. If this is something that I could simply do, even without the source, I would be more than happy too. If you have any thoughts on this also that would be fantastic.

Sorry I had a little thinking meltdown, I should have explained myself better.
I was asking for clan chat to toggle on/off in game.
Sort of like a party chat. /clan c to turn clan chat on until you enter /clan c (or whatever)again. But still keeping the /[clantag] command to shoot a quick message without having to switch out of the global channel.
Im sorry for the confusion, I really should have been more clear. Ill totally not even care if this doesn't get added for awhile.

So, i use Permissionns 3.x but my players (they add three node (anyone,leader and the last one exept mod)) but they can't do /clan, 'You don't have permissions to do that'. But i'm not op and i still can use /clan so i don't know where the probleme is... (i use the last version of simpleclan)

I updated to 1.5 this morning and can no longer use /clan as OP and as Admin in PEX. One step down the ladder into my mod group everything is fine.
I can use /clan list /clan stats etc. Just not clan list. I have tried to change the perms up every way I could.
It seems that iConomy 6 isn't supported yet. Maybe that'd be a good idea to implement it.

I did delete old config file, but nothing happend.
It seems that PEX prefix/sufix won't work.
Also, that'd be great to be able to select our own color for players. They're all green as well as their message.
can you make it so i can type the clan name on the sign and then if i do like leaders, it will only let the leaders in to it? that would be cool

You arent able to change the color of tags that already are at the max tag length, as it counts the color codes as additional letters.
Which brings me to ask - how do you even properly set clan colors due to the tag length restriction? Maybe I missed something ;)
Updated to 1.3.3 (latest on BukkitDev page) - the /clan command stopped working for everyone immediately and the 'Bleeding' issue for HeroChat isnt fixed.

People who are using spoutcraft will see users with colored names regardless of their sneak status. I was hoping simpleclans could do something about this, perhaps clear the clients name coloring when they toggle sneak status, and reapply it after?

When you change the Commands: in the config file they are not displayed ingame when you invite a player to a clan
Expample:
commands:
more: clanmore
accept: clanaccept
deny: clandeny
Now if i type /clan invite playername they get a message pop up
[Clantag] Playername is inviting you to join Clan name
/accept or /deny
But as you can see the commanda aboue are /clanaccept and /clandeny
