not able to fetch the oozie metrics, i need the oozie metrics to monitor the jobs using Prometheus

• Conform with Prometheus guidelines
• Harmonize between Oozie internal instrumentations/metrics

Provida a docker image for easy testing.

• Exporter conf via env
• Update docs

Have you any problem with maven central ?
I can't build the projet
