Is there a dependece of the current working directory to run mojo? maybe need by the secret file load?

In Readme file explains:
Create your first magazine
$ cd scripts
$ sudo mojo create all myojs

what are the cd scripts dependence? can be removen?

following the readme steps, and setting the mojo to work in /var I have this:

sudo mojo create all test3
CREATING MAGAZINE: test3
--> Creating the folder structure for magazine: test3
cp: cannot stat /var/alex/webdata/base/files': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat/var/alex/webdata/base/registry': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat /var/alex/htdocs/ojs-base/public': No such file or directory chown: cannot access/var/alex/webdata/test3': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `/var/alex/webdata/test3': No such file or directory

it seems like the webdata dir must be previously created, but with what data?
also seems that a ojs-base is need but docs say nothing about this.

the README.md file doesn't explain how to get this file, the user has recent created the ojs user:

$ cp /home/ojs/source/templates/virtualHost.base /etc/apache/sites-avaliable/ojs

maybe this must be done after git clone?
