Refactoring of library's Gradle building, plus various improvements.

We have serious memory leaks on desktop, related to failed glDeleteTextures and depending on libGDX backend and platform.

I wonder, if vtm-extra isn't the same as vtm. Both contain tile sources and other thing. Wouldn't it be correct to integrate vtm-extra into vtm?

Fix LineRenderTest to show also the stippled line example.

Is this project still part of the OpenScienceMap project? The license says this.

Mapzen tile source will need several improvements and fixes to make it usable.

We could pass here some of the Mapsforge related improvements over the time:

• Retrieve from Android / AWT interfaces the platform classes
• Extend the platform classes API

Enable / update vtm-web modules to make them working with latest VTM / libGDX.

Setup Travis continuous integration.

MapPosition.setByBoundingBox should update also the zoom level along with scale.

We have visual artifacts at canvas resize on desktop, due to improper glClearColor of color buffers.

Create vtm-jts module to free vtm core from JTS dependency.

Any third party dependency makes the library less portable and increases the overall footprint. We need to ensure that vtm remains lightweight. This is especially important for being supported e.g. on Android.
