Gracefully handle inability to connect to server:

• inform user that no connection was possible
• allow the user to use just the bells, without any meditation guide

• On exit, the meditation should continue running in the background
• meditation should continue running if user starts other music (e.g. from the mynoise app)

• swipe right or left to change the meditation.
• unless the file has already been downloaded, we get a crash when trying to play

UI

• create buttons in the table views to allow downloads of individual sections or works
• when pressed, a progress indicator should be present
• swiping left should remove downloaded files from disk
• the help page should have an option to clear downloaded files

Plumbing

• Files should normally be saved to cache directory, unless specifically the download was initiated in the tableview by the user (when they should instead be saved in a long-term dir)

Upon fetching a catalog, save this to disk and use it on next load while trying to update the current one.
