In the "Personal Access Token" I'd probably add a handy link that takes the user to https://github.com/settings/tokens/new, for a better user experience.

It'd also be great if you included which scopes this token needs to fully operate. I assumed it only needed the repo scope, but maybe it needs less than that, or maybe that's not enough. This info could be in the README file, or in the app itself, atm that's irrelevant (but if you decide to distribute the app via App Store or have a dedicated website, it'd be great to have this information accessible directly from the app).

First of all, this is a great app! I definitely find myself doing these manual searches more often than I'd like to. Having a one-click action to jump to the commit and/or PR in GitHub website is definitely a time saver!

I'd like to report a bug, though: for forked repos, it tries opening the commit/PR in the forked repo instead of the original repo. It should probably be able to pick up whether the PR belongs to the original PR or one of its forks.
