I have downloaded your code and tried to use it using some different twitter IDs. Everything runs well.

1. Structure: The structure of the project is good, and the design of the program is clear and tidy. All the methods are designed for certain work and there is no useless part. Name convention is great, and all the names has clear definition relating to its function.
2. Error Handle: Errors like API failure are handled.
3. Design: This script can be easily used by others as a new interface.

All in all, it's a great program with only minor problems.All the codes are perfect, well written, but the whole project lacks specific annotations and comments.

Suggestions:
Add more annotations in specific lines to inform users their functions.

After all, the program itself is really awesome.
