Add PR and Issues template to the project

There is great need to improve UI. For example, "NOT DONE" and "DONE" and placement of geekiT box.

Currently, the project does not have development guidelines on how to setup the environment and test the extension. We can add this post adding contribution guidelines.

GeekBox shows up in homepage for geeksforgeeks and pages like "http://www.geeksforgeeks.org/page/2/", which is not required because either the checkbox should override the individual questions on that page or it is of no use.

Find a better logo for the project

Allow exporting and importing Questions and Bookmarks for backup purposes

Integrate Travis with the project with following checks:

• Code lint
• Test cases

Explore more methods on saving data

Currently, the code is dirty and needs revamping. It also needs to move to ES6.

A new feature to show all links in one place. Something like "Bookmarks" in Chrome. It will offer ordering, adding labels, comments etc. New ideas to be added soon.

Contribution guidelines explaining how to open issues, pull requests etc needs to be added.

Need to fix box width on linux. Currently it is breaking the UI.

What I have noticed is the extension does work on GeeksQuiz but the storage for it is different. We need to make them share storage so as to cancel same links in both as well as show the links of both in popup.
