Ideally, API calls should be minimized in a short period of time so that the number of calls per minute is not exceeded (currently the max is 10).

Current icons are not equally proportioned, and some are not centered.

Currently the 5 day forecast still shows today's forecast in the evening. We should be starting the 5 day forecast from tomorrow instead since the user will not care about a daytime high that may have already occurred earlier in the day.

Add option to automatically display location based on GPS or cell tower location

Need to create a dedicated layout for landscape orientation

Add hourly forecast for short term (within next 24 hours)

Swipe screen horizontally to switch between saved locations

Include a "Back" button, observation location, and "Settings" button.

Perhaps make it look like a magnifying glass. Or relegate it to preferences menu to save space in UI.

In the notification bar, we should see the temperature and maybe the current condition graphic.

As an entry in the notification pulldown, we should see the current temperature, conditions, and maybe short term forecast.

This is based on THSW: temperature, humidity, solar, and wind

It is possible to combine API calls into one request by doing the following:

http://api.wunderground.com/api/API_KEY/conditions/astronomy/forecast10day/hourly10day/q/CA/San_Diego.json

This will cut down on the number of API calls over a short period of time.

The code will need to be modified to parse the combined JSON request; currently, the code is parsing separate JSON requests.

Add support for multiple locations.

Requirements (from high to low priority):

1. Tapping location name at top of screen brings up list of saved locations, from which user can choose
2. Locations need to be saved between sessions
