public schedule shouldn't be accessible by URL guessing

As a wishlist feature, frab should have an option to coordinate schedule release planning, things like "expecting speaker confirmation until ", "abstract and description submission until ", etc.

Should have ID and speaker availibility printed on them

As a wishlist thing, frab should offer a "coordinator overview" where a coordinator has all issues with any events under his control listed, i.e. things like speakers not being available, missing features, etc.

For further conferences, so we don't spam everybody

Remove the current Conference from the dropdown for "Switch Conference" .

Maybe because password is left empty/unchanged?

Getting to the form to edit people is not very intuitive and not even possible from some screens, leading to speakers not knowing how to add their co-speakers.

Places with unsorted lists:

• public schedule: speakers, events
• schedule modal dialog: events
• edit event people select box (?)
• ...

Ability to add a "burned" flag to persons, implying that they were more trouble than they were worth.

Moderators assigned to an event aren't showing on the public schedule.

I only created and added MW, but it seams that the other Event persons changed as well.

Would be nice having a json export for the public schedule.

Some people do not want to have their talk recorded, for a better integration (and being able to hand it out as information to the video team), a kind of flag should be included.

links without http are considered relative paths.

Forms need checkboxes.

URLs added to the link field are parsed verbatim, so that relative links are used when no http:// is prepended.

If you destroy a event instead of changing it state, the admin dashboard does not work anymore.

Tables are sortable by a single column. In the future it would be useful to sort by multiple columns (i.e. rating and track)

Coordinators and admins need to be able to edit availability of speakers.

unconfirmed events, i.e. speaker hasn't responded to ticket yet, should not appear in the public schedule.

speakers have no confirmation status, create an 'unconfirmed event' report, rename the 'unconfirmed speaker' report to 'events with people in problematic roles'

It should be possible to merge two people entries (via a special interface), where information from the 'newer' (higher) id supercedes the information from older entries - e.g. the mobile phone number of the higher people ID is deemed more important.

Additionally, the information about talks held should be merged, then. This might require upgrading the e-mail field to an array.

make public_name mandatory, first and full name optional. would match our speakers behaviour..

under Events -> Event Ratings the counting of the ratings is kind of wrong:

Statistics
Total number of events: 85
Events you have reviewed: 66
Events without review: -98

i guess the counting is number of events minus number of reviews or something like that. The problem is, that there can be multiple ratings from different admins

We need

1. a way to (mass) notify speakers that their time slots are being assigned (and they should update the availability in the next few days)
2. a way to (mass) notify speakers that they have been assigned a timeslot.

Have an overview page showing which talks have been reviewed and listing the reviews themself.

Also: allow a speaker to see feedback.

coordinator is not needed for the actual event, no need to warn

One should be able to define a "public web page" for a conference (presumably in the settings) with a link to this page from the public schedule.
