ISSUE - registration - the recruiter_lnk_num & recruiter_mn_bridge_num values in MN tempuser table are empty after approving email

The tempusers data does correctly contain it widget id (5) called "installers id" from which everything can be retrieved (even has the bridge id there)

Can we safely remove the recruiter link num because we have the installer id? I think that was the whole point of creating the installerid var?

The verification email is very brief. It needs to warn people again and explain why they are clicking a link to a site they didn't register at. perhaps we need to refer to the site they registered at in the email. perhaps we need to list the agent url in the registration form process.

The current quick release uses another plugin (scripts and styles plugin) to insert all the AJAX javascript into the Manna Network plugin and this could be eliminated by getting the javascript inserted into manna network plugin during install (probably us wp_enque)

When I used the AJAX from the display page I didn't remove the "GO" link and it is appearing in the subcategories (when they are selected) on the registration form.

This issue seems to be taken care of on the WP registration form? Might be just a php version issue.

The email verification success page (that the verification link dumps you at) has some issues

1. formatting
2. design and appearance
3. It reports the credentials (agent id) correctly
4. reports link_id or affilaite id incorrectly. There are three ids - agent id, user id and link id. There is NO affiliate ID in the system
