[Bug report] Mouse driver does not work properly

I installed yesterday's and today's version of Manjaro (manjaro-gnome-next-21.05-development-unstable-minimal-210512-linux510). But the mouse cursor freezes instantaneously after showing the Gnome desktop. The current official version (manjaro-gnome-21.0.4-210506-linux510) does not show this problem.

Any ideas, what I could try?

Live image asks for password.

It would be easier to log in without one as a user will not know the password is manjaro, besides there is no point for one in a live session.

README should have instruction on how to combine different parts of iso files

It is non trivial for a new person to know which files to download from release page and
how to combine them. I had to search for few minutes before I got to correct
I used following command to combine different part and then extracted it normally.

zip -s- manjaro-gnome-next-20.2.1-unstable-minimal-210129-linux59.iso.zip manjaro-gnome-next-20.2.1-unstable-minimal-210129-linux59.iso.z01 -O output.zip

and there may be way to extract without combining first which would be nice.

file format

  • Is there any difference between xxx.iso.zip and xxx.iso?
  • How can I convert iso.zip into an iso file (because I hope I can download the latest version here every time)
