Health App

This project is an end to end data science project that is able to predict the chances of getting a disease in organs like liver, kidey, heart, etc.

Dataset Used

  1. Breast Cancer: Winconsin Breast Cancer Dataset
  2. Diabetes: Pima Indian Diabetes Dataset
  3. Liver: Indian Patient Liver Records
  4. Heart: Heart Disease Dataset
  5. Kidney: Chronic Kidney Disease Dataset

Libraries Used:

  4. Pandas
  5. Numpy
  6. Bootstrap
  7. HTML & CSS

This whole Project is Deployed over AWS instance over the Apache Web Server using Flask

Steps used for Deployment:

a. Created the ML model and saved it using joblib.
b. Created app.py and the webpage page it will render to.
c. Created an EC2 instance over RHEL8.
d. Similarly Deployed all models and connected them to the home page inside apache web server.
