Describe the bug
After switching to using a docker ADD in this PR #1 the size of the docker image increased by ~25mb

To Reproduce
Build the docker container locally before and after the change

Expected behavior
Expect that both are around the same size

Describe the bug
Snyk steps in CI pipeline fail with:

snyk requires an authenticated account. Please run snyk auth and try again.

and

Error: Path does not exist: snyk.sarif

To Reproduce

Create a PR, see CI pipeline output

Expected behavior

Failure should be only caused by the PR content itself.
