Pythin Django web app.

This app renders a page with a link to url you pass in.

Visit: http://localhost:8000/?returnUrl=http://www.google.com

1. Download python3.
2. Install django using pip3 , pip3 install Django
3. Set an aliase for python3 (if you currently have an older version) (use "aset" tool for easy aliasing!! https://github.com/asangamanage/productivity/blob/master/easy-alias.txt)
