snabook's Issues

No network image produced

When i run hijackers.py file in Pycharm i dont see any image.
Here is output:

D:\WinPython-32bit-2.7.5.1\python-2.7.5\python.exe "F:/Python/Graph packages/SNABook-master/chapter4/hijackers.py"
drawing nodes...
{'93_Penn': 'g', '175_WTC South': 'r', 'None': 'b', '77_Pentagon': 'm', '11_WTC North': 'c'}
drawing edges...
drawing labels...

Process finished with exit code 0

Hierarchical clustering gives a different output than in the book

I implemented the function in hc.py to the network about economic relationships in Caucasus.

The output given in the book:
[['Turkmenistan', 'Nagorni Karabakh', 'Russia', 'Abkhazia'], ['USA', 'Armenia', 'EU', 'Kazakhstan'], ['Turkey', 'Georgia', 'Iran', 'Azerbaijan'], ['Chechnya'], ['South Osetia']]

The output I got:
[['Abkhazia', 'Armenia'], ['Azerbajan'], ['Chechnya', 'Georgia', 'Kazakhstan', 'Turkey'], ['EU'], ['Iran'], ['Nagorni Karabakh', 'Turkmenistan'], ['Russia'], ['South Osetia'], ['USA']]

Outdated depth first search function?

Hiii, I encountered a problem with the depth first search function written in the book.
I think it's because the Networkx version used in the book is older than the current one.
(Again not sure I'm just an humble beginner hihi ๐Ÿ˜…)
