Unreadable characters in documentation

There are some local characters (japanese I guess ?) in the documentation. It would be nice to have it in plain english for readability.

Some troubles when installing ...

Hallo,
I'm tring to install the plugin but encountered some problems (maybe more maven related).

I have cloned your github repository and did 'mvn install'. Everything went fine with no error and I got message from mvn about copying jar and pom into my mvn cache

Then I copied depency block from your description into my ninja project pom.xml and did 'mvn install' but I'm getting errror as bellow. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
