Flow has basically always had problems and has never really been usable for that vast majority of people trying to use this plugin.

I use Make.md recommendations as a litmus test for whether or not someone should be trusted with their recommendations. If they tell you to try it, it shows they haven't thoroughly tested it, so they are probably financially incentivized e.g. by having a youtube channel or similar that promotes plugins. I immediately stop following anyone who recommends make.md because I know they can't be trusted to thoroughly test what they suggest.

Don't believe me? why hasn't anyone responded to your comment pointing our that one of the main features this plugin advertises is broken, in two weeks?

@huachuman I am slowly diving deeper into the plugins in Obsidian and really starting to agree with this. I have been seeing Make.md suggested as the magic bullet for so many problems and yet every time I am met with issues. Came here trying to figure out why I am having this same issue after seeing it recommended in multiple threads as being perfect for actual transclusion.

If you can provide some information on the issues you're facing, it would help make sure they're addressed when the flow feature is being polished for the 1.0 release in the next two weeks. Thanks

Any time I click the "link note" or toggle flow button but it just adds a double "!!" in front of the note and that's it.

Followed the tutorial multiple times to see if it was user error

Honestly I wish I could give you more info but i don't know how it really is supposed to work. I haven't run this in my test bench by itself yet as I just found this at work and wanted to attempt to use it.

I am also brand new to GitHub so if I should make a separate issue/ticket for this just let me know.

The two !! denotes to Obsidian that this is a flow block instead of a normal embed block. You can open a new ticket and I can help debug the issue further.

Started to look into these issues, do you have the Use Wikilinks turned off in Obsidian? The one where it uses double instead of [] for links.
