I just looked into this issue now. For true/false properties, you will need to use the Is Checked and Is Not Checked in order to properly compare the values. True/False through is/is not are treated as text and will not match properly. Since frontmatter properties are not typed, all of the filters are available. Context properties are typed and should only show the relevant ones.

Thanks for the screenshots, seems like the issue is due to the value being false and being treated as the condition not existing. Fixing it in the next patch
